Reviews and Ratings
Staying in the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The location was convenient for skiing at Stubai Glacier and the hotel offered great dining options. However, the room placement and lack of optimal transportation to the glacier could be considered downsides.
The Alpenhotel Stolz was a charming place with spacious and comfortable rooms, though located in lower floors. The service exemplified Austrian hospitality by being accommodating, helpful, and charming, adjusting to our needs with ease. The location in Stubaital was quiet and convenient for skiing at Stubai Glacier, with easy access to nearby amenities.
I had a great stay at Alpenhotel Stolz! The rooms, although across the street from the main building, were hidden gems in a bleak building. The apartment directly on the street had a convenient feature to keep drinks cold. The service was top-notch as they adjusted the menu to our request and even organized a move to a newer, more spacious apartment with better WiFi reception. The location, while not perfect for daily skiing at Stubai Gletscher, was quiet and close to the slopes, making it the most beautiful place I've ever been in Stubaital. The dining experience was excellent with gourmet courses, and the facilities were spot on.
I stayed at Alpenhotel Stolz and found it to be a cozy place with a few drawbacks. The rooms were hidden away in a bleak building across the street, but the apartment was directly on the street. The service was accommodating and friendly, adjusting to our needs. The location was ideal for skiing at Stubai Glacier if you have a car, but not convenient for daily skiing trips. The dining experience was okay, with room for improvement. The facilities were decent overall.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel nestled in a cute mountain village, offering beds for five, which could easily accommodate more, especially for families with small children. The full kitchen was a great convenience. The only downside was the proximity to a street party that required us to switch bedrooms.
